GAP Strengthens Operational Roles

GAP has welcomed aboard two new faces that will strengthen the operational side of the business and better equip it for future expansion.

Paul Carr has taken on the newly created role of Group Transport Manager. This strategically important position will ensure the business continues to operate an efficient, safe and reliable fleet supporting all 90+ GAP depots across the UK and its large customer base. Paul is a veteran of the British Armed Forces with experience spanning numerous locations worldwide. More recently, Paul has worked for prominent logistic firms across the UK.

Jeremy Wilson has also joined GAP as our new Central Logistics Warehouse Manager. Jeremy’s focus will concentrate on ensuring timely and accurate deliveries and improving overall systems. Like Paul, Jeremy also served in the Armed Forces and more recently in several large national logistics firms.

Danny Cavanagh, GAP’s Depot Director, commented on the two new additions, saying "It's really good to have both Paul and Jeremey join our team here at GAP. They've come at a really important time as we're expanding into new territories across the UK, most recently with two new depots in the South West in Exeter and Taunton. Having their experience and knowledge onboard will help us improve our services to our customers all over the country."
